This month's Project Restoration is the incredible story
of the Bonneville Bullet. A 575 Maranello reborn from a blend of three wrecked Ferrari's on the path to set a salt flat speed record.
T. Rutlands & T. Rutlands West has been involved it piecing this car back together with the mechanics in Southern California, supplying headlights, coachwork items and our major service and gasket kits.
It is set to break the world record of 232 mph this August.

In 1921 FIM opened it doors for business, and over the years they produced quality products for the Ferrari market. They provided the market the best radiators, radiator caps and expansion tanks since they opened through the 1980's, and continued to do so until Ferrari made the decision to change to plastics radiators.
Unfortunately for FIM, the demand for home heating units and high quality brass radiators has dropped significantly since 2007, forcing them to close their doors on March 31st of this year. As of now the fate of the building, tools, dies and original drawings remains undecided.
Their products and partnership will certainly be missed in the marketplace, but you can still get their quality products from T. Rutlands as long as we can stock them! We wish everyone associated with FIM the best of luck.
