1. Are your parts Original Equipment or Aftermarket?
While we are an independent Ferrari parts source, the majority of our parts come from authorized Ferrari parts outlets and are Ferrari branded parts. Additionally we carry OEM lines like Bosch, ANSA, and Koni. While OEM parts are not Ferrari branded they are usually identical to the same items supplied by Ferrari. We also source parts from aftermarket suppliers when an OEM part is no longer available or if we find a great value on OEM equivalent part. You can be assured the parts you buy from us are top quality.
2. What if I need to return an item?
Your satisfaction is important to us and the best way to keep you satisfied is to make sure we have a return policy that we both can live with. Please read our policy carefully and follow our return policy if you need to return a part.
- INSPECT YOUR ORDER PROMPTLY ON RECEIPT. Damage claims should be reported immediately. Note any damage on the shipping agent’s Bill of Lading and do not discard any packaging. Shortage claims must be reported within 2 days of receipt. All returns and adjustments must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
- No returns on electrical, calibrated fuel injection, special order, custom cut or installed parts.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser or assembler to verify the correctness of the parts prior to installation. If you install it, it’s yours.
- All returns require a Return Authorization* and a copy of your original invoice.
* Call 770 493-8852 for a return authorization number. Have your invoice available when you call. - Returned parts must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Returns may be subject to a restock charge of up to 15% to cover packaging or administrative expenses.
- Cores must be the same part, complete, assembled, rebuildable, and returned within 20 days to receive credit. Core return credit may be held for up to 30 days to give our rebuilders time to inspect your core.
- We do not reimburse for labor cost associated with the installation or replacement of the purchased part.
- We do not reimburse for outbound or inbound freight unless the return is a result of our error. If reimbursement is applicable, freight is reimbursed at UPS ground service rate.
- International customers, our items are priced for domestic consumption. We will gladly refund International orders under the same conditions as domestic orders except:
The maximum applicable International freight reimbursement is an amount equal to the maximum domestic (US) ground rate for your package’s weight and size. That means if the maximum domestic ground rate on a package the size of yours is $20 that is the most you will get for a shipping refund even if we made a mistake.
Duties, tariffs or other government fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Under no circumstance will we accept responsibility for any outbound or return government fees. Any fees paid on your behalf will be deducted from your reimbursement.
3. What is the warranty on your parts?
Most of the parts that we sell have a six month from time of purchase manufacture’s warranty however we encourage you to confirm an item’s warranty status prior to purchase as some items may have no warranty rights. Any warranties on the products sold hereby are made by the manufacture. We expressly disclaim all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we neither assume nor authorize any other person to assume for us any liability in connection with the items sold on this invoice.
4. How are your items shipped?
Domestic orders are usually shipped by UPS however we may use other services. Large items may have to be shipped by truck. A $3 service fee and an insurance charge will be added to all orders. A crate charge may be added to windshields, exhausts or other large items.
International orders are shipped by UPS or Postal. We try to use the most economical shipment method for International orders but we choose the shipping method based on method that best suits the order. International Postal shipment is subject to a $10 surcharge due to a significant increase in processing time. We actually have to take International packages to the Post Office and process them with a clerk.
IMPORTANT, Brokerage Fees, Duty and Value Added Tax (VAT) are not included in the quote. Your customs broker or shipper may charge you for these additional services. We are not responsible for added charges.
Overnight or other Express shipment is available on request.
We will ship domestic or International orders by DHL or FEDEX if the shipment is charged to the receiver's account.

5. What are your hours?
Our hours are from 9 am to 7 pm E.S.T. Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday and the usual holidays.
We have a late UPS pickup and most orders received by 5:45 pm will be shipped the same day.
6. Do you give discounts?
We offer trade discounts to shops and parts resellers. The amount of discount will depend on the type of business and volume of parts purchased. Trade customers; ask you salesperson to set you up as a wholesale account.
We also have a discount program for Ferrari Club of America members. FCA members can get 10% discount off the retail price of most of our items. eBay items, items already discounted, and some low markup items are either excluded from the program or may have a lesser discount. We will confirm your membership, so make sure you’re a current member and save us both any embarrassment. Non-members can sign up when you place your order or at www.FerrariClubofAmerica.org.
